Them's fightin' words!
Oh yes...it's on.
Senator Lautenberg (D-NJ) called out Delay on his threatening little rant about federal judges yesterday. Interestingly, Lautenberg claims that Delay may have violated a federal criminal statute.
You should be aware that your comments yesterday may violate a Federal criminal statute, 18 U.S.C. §115 (a)(1)(B). That law states:
“Whoever threatens to assault…. or murder, a United States judge… with intent to retaliate against such… judge…. on account of the performance of official duties, shall be punished [by up to six years in prison]”
Do you think Delay will challenge Lautenberg to a duel? That'd be friggin' awesome!

He's the bugman, so he will just probably cause Lautenberg's house to become infested with termites and roaches or something like that... probably not quite as effective as a horse head the your bed though...
