Malpractice

Kevin Drum points at the insurance lobby at the end of this post, but it isn't just them by any stretch: the medical profession is right there with them. My future profession is horrible at policing its own, even though a huge chunk of payouts are due to a very small number of dcotors with very bad records. That needs to change.
