Get a life, Folks

Look, I am a fairly liberal-minded guy, and I really do feel bad for women for the fact that they have so many male-driven ideals of beauty to keep up with... and in very general terms, I am supportive of the "love your body" idea.

But then there are folks who take this quite too far.

Organizations like NOW have done a lot more good than ill over the years, but it is due to crap like this that so many people hate them. Get a grip and pick on a more substantive issue (and I say that as someone who doesn't really like the effects of silicone)
